Forsyth County JCPC issues Request for Proposals for Restitution and Community Service programs

The Forsyth County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) has issued a Request for Proposals for Restitution and Community Service programs for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026. The JCPC anticipates funds from the NC Dept. of Public Safety Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in the amount of $107,549 to fund Restitution/Community Service programs. These services should target Forsyth County youth who have prior referrals to Juvenile Court, have a history of runaway behavior, use or abuse drugs or alcohol, have felony offenses, weapons offenses and have negative peers or associate with or are gang members.

A virtual information session will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 10:00-12:00pm. This meeting is mandatory for new programs who are interested in applying for funds. Please email Kyle Wolf at wolfkw@forsyth.cc and Kimberly Busse at busseka@forsyth.cc to RSVP and to request the meeting link.
