Behavioral Health Needs Gap Analysis Findings
Forsyth County recently completed a comprehensive Behavioral Health Needs and Gap Analysis to better understand the strengths, challenges, and unmet needs within our community's mental health, substance use, and intellectual/developmental disability service systems. The assessment identified key gaps related to service accessibility, workforce capacity, housing and recovery supports, transportation, care coordination, and disparities affecting high-need populations.
To share these findings, the County invites residents, service providers, individuals with lived experience, family members, and community stakeholders to attend an upcoming listening session. Representatives from the consulting team will present the assessment results and discuss identified priorities.
